Hi, You are welcome on my ground zero.
I`m Vojtech Lacina, 3d artist from a beautiful city of Prague in Czech Republic, located in the heart of Europe. I started to see my world around in 3d in 1979. What have I saw scares me a lot, so I decided to make my own world. I realized this in 1998 professionaly. At my highschool, I had first contact with a cgi fluid, 3D Studio R2 for DOS. No tutorials, no plugins, no softbody dynamics, no Global Illumination, no idea how it works.
And like in movies - after few years I`m here, I know kung-fu and I know, how deep the rabit hole goes. I want to go deeper, because eternity is our freedom.

New Zbrush sketchbook

I`m trying ZBrush for a long time. But for real only few last weeks, I`m learning human anatomy with big help of master Diablo (www.vitbudin.com). So, there will be everything from my beginnings

Stan Winston died

This morning in many webnews blowns that Stan Winston, legend of movie tricks industry, dies in age of 62 in his house in Malibu, surrounded by his family. It was shocking for me, because he was in perfect age and I hope he had a lot of work in future. For us, lovers of movie fx, he was legend and scout of new ideas. He owns several Oscar statues for movies Alien, Predator, Terminator 2, Jurrasic Park. Honor to the memory of him, rest in peace, Mr. Winston. Více zde
